Message you just have a couple extra considerations. No significant extra cost involved. For example, if you are going to run TPs, you need to have them tapped for the rear O2 sensors. If you add a boost controller, you need to remove the factory boost solenoids from the vacuum loop and leave them plugged in electrically. Otherwise you will get a CEL with a JWT ECU. (and oddly not one with the stock ECU)

If you are going to run more than 12psi on the stock ECU, you need to do it with higher octane fuel. Then again, on the plus side a stock ECU has more aggressive timing than JWT, so you'll make more power at the same boost lvl, assuming the AKI of the fuel can get you there. Now that the JWT ECU is out for them, this really doesn't matter anymore.
